The Dutch company Flytxt develops software products for marketing automation with machine learning and artificial intelligence. It does this for over one hundred companies in fifty countries. With the introduction of the European privacy legislation (GDPR) in 2018, all Flytxt software products have had to comply with European requirements aimed at protecting commercial and customer or patient sensitive information. Flytxt has been working with TNO since 2015 to ensure that it can meet these demands.

Joint team from Flytxt, IIT-Delhi and CEERI wins NeurIPS 2018 AutoML challenge

Flytxt, a market leading supplier of analytics and Artificial Intelligence based customer value management solutions informed that the joint team named “autodidact.ai” from Flytxt, IIT-Delhi and CSIR-CEERI was awarded first place in NeurIPS 2018 AutoML3 Challenge, during NeurIPS conference which recently got over in Montreal, Canada.

The challenge was jointly organized by 4Paradigm , ChaLearn, Microsoft and Arcadia University. The AutoML challenge is in its third year and this year’s task was to design a computer program capable of developing predictive models without any manual intervention that are trained and evaluated in a lifelong machine learning setting.

MTN Group to use Flytxt’s AI-driven, multi-channel customer engagement technology across network

Flytxt, the independent market leader in intelligent customer engagement technology, has signed a deal with telecoms giant MTN Group to automate both inbound and outbound marketing across its entire network of more than 217 million subscribers.

The three-year licensing deal means that all the company’s operations across Africa and the Middle East will be using Flytxt’s flagship product NEON-dX to provide an improved, personalized service for MTN customers, resulting in higher product uptake and reduced customer churn.
